II.Cancellation policy
[ 7 days prior to listing's local check in time]For a full refund, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to apartment's local move-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of move in. For example, if move-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Friday before move in time.
[ less than 7 days in advance ] If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
[ on the day of arrival or after move-in ] the cancellation upon arrival or after move-in are No Refunded.
